Gns3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

To use gns3 services in full, you are required to register a valid account by providing accurate, up-to-date and complete information during the registration process. Each user is only permitted to hold one account — registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials, and gns3 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard that information. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the gns3 support team immediately for further action.

Identity verification may be required at any time at gns3's discretion, including during registration, withdrawal processing, or upon request by relevant authorities. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, bank statement, or other documents proving your identity and address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or closure of your account. gns3 reserves the right to reject registration applications without providing any reason to the applicant.

All bets placed on the gns3 platform are final once confirmed by our system, and gns3 is not responsible for betting errors resulting from user mistakes. Odds and betting limits are subject to change at any time without prior notice, and gns3 reserves the right to void or adjust bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors. All game outcomes are determined by independently audited, certified systems, and gns3 does not accept any complaints regarding game results that have been confirmed by a certified random number generator (RNG). In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, gns3 will use system records to determine the valid outcome for each affected game.

Users are prohibited from colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions through unauthorised means such as registering multiple accounts or using false information. gns3 continuously monitors all account activity using sophisticated fraud detection systems, and any user suspected of fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended while an investigation is conducted. Winnings obtained through bug exploitation, technical errors, or unauthorised methods are void and may be reclaimed by gns3 without any compensation. You agree that gns3's decisions regarding any dispute relating to bets, games, or accounts are final and binding.

The gns3 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuous availability. gns3 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or viruses, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or system failures beyond our control. gns3's total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. gns3 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary losses, even if gns3 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Users acknowledge that betting and gambling carry real financial risk and that gns3 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through betting activity on our platform. Users are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the gns3 platform for personal and entertainment purposes only.

Gns3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion.
